I am learning few magic tricks now. My officemate started this. He was watching youtube (secrets to magic tricks). His lappy is not windows 98,hahaha…and he got speakers and all. (totally different with this pc I am currently using). Well, I learned just 3 tricks but I mastered only one-the pencil trick and the 2 coin trick is so easy to look at but hard to do. The magic trick looks so easy and simple. But believe me, it is NOT! I mean, you have to double your pace and perform too. I find it funny because I am using a one-peso coin but still I can’t manage to keep it behind my hands.lol. My hands are small and I need a centavo to keep it. Anyway, I have to practice more!

In prayer, not only the mind, but also the heart must speak. Our true feelings must be expressed. Our heartfelt questions must be leveled at our Creator. Our doubts must be brought out in the open. Our disappointments and our concerns must be spoken.
Prayer has nothing to do with politeness. It is not simply a fireside chat. It is often the cry of the heart. It is the speech of passion. It is the occasion where our doubts and hope, our fear and faith mingle together as we pour out what bothers us and what we long for. The speech of the heart is not always quiet, affirming and nurturing. Nor it is always full of faith and charity. It is sometimes full of anguish. It may even be irrational and incoherent.
But it cries for answers. It looks for relief. It is born of pain and not bitterness. It springs from a relationship that is strong enough to deal with the hard and the real issued and does not need to hide anything because it fears rejection. Henri Nouwen rightly points out that "prayer heals. Not just the answer to prayer".
But it is not any and every prayer that heals. It is the prayer of the heart, the prayer of openness, the prayer that cries out to the Lord that brings relief, peace and healing.

When I was still in my childhood years, I really did not understand why people were wearing weird and funny outfits. Especially on the month of November, these people look so true. I can’t believe what I saw when I spotted dead people walking! They look so real and so scary too! I really thought they were real and they were coming to get me. Of course, as a child, I was so scared believing that they are real. Even though my father told me that they were not real and they were just wearing costumes for Halloween. I still get goose bumps when I bring to mind those scary days. But later on, I realized that wearing Halloween costume is so much fun! You can be somebody else on that certain day. Just by wearing costumes, you can portray an unusual role, like to be a princess or a fairy or a cowgirl or a witchy witch, anything you want!
Now that I am also attending to Halloween costume parties, I find it complicated to decide which costume to wear. Since the sizes of the costumes are just for kids.
