Pride is all I have.

Somebody told me that I can have more if I'll let go some of my pride. 

I wish I could.

I think I am going to try.

(it's huge! I need a blender and make pride shake. to make my head and heart be at peace, hahahaha!)

Here are the pictures from my parent's anniversary. 

I was not able to have pictures of our food because I forgot! I was very hungry and excited to dig in and chow! So far, the food was fine. We had beef curry, sweet and sour fish, seafood platter, pomelo salad, strawberry shake, berry mango shake. My rating for Krua Thai is 3.5 star.

After our dinner, we had Durian and went home.

From now on, I'll post pictures and share more of my journey...hehehehe...

Elegant Wedding Invitations

My older sister is getting married soon. She’s preparing for her big day. I thought getting married is easy. As I witness their busy schedule, I realized that preparing for your wedding needs hand-in-hand cooperation with your partner. It was not easy at all. You have to prepare all the requirements, plan your guest list, the menu, entourage, and much more. Maybe sometimes, at the middle of your discussion, you will have disagreements. However, it is part of knowing each other and growing together as one. (Sounds like I’ve been married before, laughing out loud!)

It is very important to save the date too. There are many couples out there who wanted to have the same date, same time and same place as you want. So for those couples out there, better book months before your preferred date to avoid being the last couple in line.

29TH Anniversary of my Parents

May 25, this was the day my parents tied the knot. They are celebrating their 29th Anniversary today.  just want to greet my Papa and Mama… We love you!!! our INSPIRATION!

We are going to celebrate it later (dinner at a Thai Resto). I hope I can get pictures and share it with you.

Office Supplies (My collection)

One of the things I love to collect is memo pads. I particularly love the colorful and cute shaped pads. I started collecting office supplies way back in college (because I picture myself using my collection after graduation). Nice imagination, what you think?

I remember my classmates collecting fragrant stationeries when I was in grade school. For me, my fascination for cute stationeries started when I bought color black, cloud-shaped pad on sale. I was delighted to see when I wrote my name using a silver-ink pen. After that, I collected pads and colorful pens as well. I still smile when I scribbled my name using my pad. That was a long time ago, and mind you, I still have few pieces inside my box. After that my collection multiplied and some were still inside its plastic even now. I have colorful tapes, notebooks, highlighter pens, paper clips, folders and much more (everything in cute and in girly prints).

My office stationery makes my office life lively. I see colors! It really influenced my mood because it prepared me to face the day with a smile. It helped me organized my files as well.

I love receiving memo pads! So if you want to give me gifts, you can give me stationeries!

jobless but earning (my businesses)

If you happened to read about my last post, then you know why. I tendered my resignation last month. And today, marks the first day off from my job. Actually, not a day off but my stress-free life begins today.

Yes, I am jobless. And mind you, not enough savings. (I know God will provide) Currently, I am seeking for business opportunities. I am helping my mother run her own business. I feel that my resignation was timely. (I wanted to quit my job way back 2008) I have to do my own thing, do something to earn extra (due to economic reasons, I won’t get paid by my boss now, hahahaha!) That’s why I started my e-loading business! So far, it’s going well. (BY THE WAY, IF YOU WANT TO START YOUR E-LOADING BUSINESS TOO, just contact me, okay?) 25th Birthday Blues

Two days left! I am going to celebrate my 25th birthday! I can’t believe I am turning 25! I would appreciate if you’ll greet me that day or send me gifts (in any facebook app or for real, lol!). I am kind of feeling down lately. (Birthday blues?) Nevertheless, I am excited to leave my job. I should have done this way back 2008! I was fortunate to have this kind of job but I felt exhausted from doing unhappy things. In spite of this, I was very happy to be with my colleagues.

Well… Another year, another chapter and another me. I am changing my ways from now on because life isn’t permanent! I should enjoy every moment of it. I took my life so seriously and I forgot to stop and smell the roses. I should concentrate on my goal: To be happy and be better woman for my man (soon-to-be-man). I know there is something meant for me to do. I can feel that God provided someone for me.

Speaking of life isn’t permanent, my aunt-in-law just died at 33 from kidney failure. Leaving my uncle and 2 kids (7 years old and 1 year old). I realized that our time here on Earth is unpredictable. Anything can happen! Imagine, after a week of undergoing dialysis, Aunt Rosalie left us right away. It’s a sudden sadness in our family.

My plan for my birthday is to celebrate with family and friends at the beach. Never mind, I can still celebrate it after the burial. Maybe not at the beach, it’s unlikable to celebrate. On the other hand, my cousin, Denzyline, mentioned that her mama’s in heaven, together with our grandmother. It’s also a celebration, Aunt Rosalie is with our creator.

Anyway, I will miss my officemates. I will miss you too. See you around! (Thinking of goodbyes, it makes me cry) Goodbye Te!
